At SkinShop, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SkinShop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure that the skincare products are unopened or gently used in their original packaging, and include the packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
